This policy explains how Al Saif Graphics LLC (referred to as ASG, we, us or our) collects and handles personal data through this website. It is written to reflect Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data in the United Arab Emirates and applicable UAE consumer and electronic transactions law. Where you contact us from outside the UAE, other data protection laws may also apply to you.

What personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to run our business.
Data you give us
- Enquiry and proposal forms: your name, company, job title, email address, telephone and WhatsApp numbers, preferred contact method, the service you are interested in, event name, event date, venue, emirate, budget range, required-by date, your message and any file you attach.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Career applications: your name, contact details, the role you are applying for, your CV and anything else you choose to send.
- Direct contact: anything you include when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, the page you submitted a form from, and the referring website.
- Campaign data: UTM parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which campaign brought you here.
- Analytics data: only if you accept analytics cookies. See the cookies section below.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for special category data such as health, religion or biometric information. Please do not include it in an enquiry.

Lead data
Every enquiry submitted through this website creates a lead record in our internal system. That record holds the information you submitted, the page you submitted it from, the campaign parameters in your link, your IP address and browser string, a record of the consent boxes you ticked, and the history of our correspondence with you including emails and WhatsApp messages exchanged about the enquiry.
Lead records are visible only to authorised ASG staff who need them to respond to you or to manage the sales pipeline. Access is controlled by named user accounts with role-based permissions, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
We do not sell lead data. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses two categories of cookie.
- Strictly necessary cookies. A session cookie keeps you logged in if you are a staff member, a security token protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a small preference cookie remembers your cookie choice and whether you have already seen a popup. These are required for the site to work and are set without consent.
- Analytics cookies. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 and, where configured, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel. These help us understand which pages are useful and which campaigns work. They are not loaded at all unless you accept.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to use the site or submit an enquiry.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only where it is necessary:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
- Our email provider, which transmits notification and reply messages.
- Meta Platforms, if you contact us through WhatsApp, in accordance with the WhatsApp Business terms.
- Google, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Professional advisers, auditors or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on the provider contractual terms and their own compliance commitments, and we transfer only what is necessary.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, then anonymised. The commercial record is kept without the personal identifiers.
- Enquiries that become projects: retained for the life of the project plus the period required by UAE commercial and tax record keeping rules.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Career applications: retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
- Technical logs: retained for up to 90 days.
The retention period for enquiries is enforced automatically by a scheduled task that anonymises expired records rather than deleting the commercial history.
Your rights
Subject to UAE law you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete data where we no longer have a reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to a particular use;
- withdraw consent for marketing or analytics at any time;
- receive your data in a portable format where technically possible.
Send the request to info@alsaifgraphics.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing data, to make sure we do not disclose it to the wrong person.
How we protect it
Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Integration credentials such as mail and messaging tokens are encrypted at rest. All form submissions are validated and rate limited, uploads are checked by type and size, and administrative access requires a named account with a strong password. The site is served over HTTPS.
No system is perfect. If we become aware of a breach that puts your rights at risk, we will notify the relevant authority and affected individuals as required by UAE law.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
